Refunds & Vouchers
We are currently applying for various types of refunds for our clients such as:
• Airline vouchers
• Future cruise credits
• Cash refunds
We are experiencing exceptionally long delays in receiving these credits, refunds and vouchers from airlines, cruise companies and other suppliers; we are in constant contact with them to ensure a positive outcome. The delay in the refund process across the board is generally due to the large volume of requested refunds, facilitation of business cashflow and outdated systems. We are confident that, in time, all refunds will be honoured by our suppliers. Once we have received your refund/voucher we will be in contact with you immediately to arrange payment to you.
Many clients have requested us to rebook their holiday for 2021. We can currently accommodate clients where the airline schedules are in place. Where an airline schedule is not currently in place, we are registering clients details and will rebook once the schedule is available. We expect high demand for 2021 holidays and if your choice is to rebook then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you.
State Guaranteed Credit Notes
The option of accepting a state guaranteed credit note has just been announced by the Government. This provides the client with a credit note which is:
• Valid for 2 years;
• Is refundable after 6 months.
The advantages of accepting such a credit note are:
• Peace of mind and the guarantee that your money is safe;
• The option to book your next holiday at a later stage if you are currently unsure of when you wish to travel.
We fully understand this is a difficult and challenging time for everybody as we work through this unprecedented period. We would like to absolutely assure you all that we are doing everything possible for our clients. We are constantly monitoring the changes in our industry and we are there to advise and facilitate every query where possible.
We have no definite date for opening our offices to the general public as of yet. However we will be adhering to any requirements of the Return to Work Safely Protocol to keep both our staff and clients safe.
